Alpha I Semi-Automatic Rewinder

Datasheet Information

The Alpha I is a semi automatic one to one converting machine capable of rewinding a large variety of materials. The unwind roller is surface driven by an AC Drive and the unit includes a dynamic braking system to slow and stop he roller between operations.

 
Both the unwind and rewind pressures are controlled by a constant pneumatic system, with the rewind incorporating a two position manual turret feature as standard. The finished roll length is precisely measured by an electronic counter using a preset control system ensuring even decelleration at the end of each roll.

The positioning and design of the Mother Roll cradle provides the ability for quick and easy change over of material and the raised unwind position gives a short rewinding web path ideal for a good roll profile on delicate materials.
