Additional Support Documentation for SAM units supplied as part of the Covid-19 response

Covid 19

This page has been created to provide additional support documentation to end users for the SAM medical suction units that have been supplied as part of the general Covid-19 response. Currently this applies to our SAM 12 and SAM 35 Suction units as large numbers of these units have been specifically supplied although it is intended that this page will be expanded to include additional support information for other SAM models over the coming weeks and months.

At the moment, the additional information includes ;

  • Technical Details for the unit

  • A digital copy of the User Manual \ Instructions for Use

  • A basic training presentation

  • Details of key consumables

It is intended that training videos will also be added to further assist both end user medics and support engineers.
